JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role:
Based onsite at our brand new luxury build-to-rent apartments in Melbourne, the Resident Services Coordinator is the friendly, professional face of our community. You will be part of a close-knit onsite team, helping residents feel welcome, supported, and proud to call our community home.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on a rotating roster, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service for our residents.
Key responsibilities:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and service requests efficiently
Manage package deliveries, guest suite bookings, and elevator scheduling
Supporting the presentation of shared spaces and liaising with maintenance when needed
Collaborating with the community team to organise resident events, activities and community engagement programs.
Acting as a local expert by sharing knowledge of nearby services, amenities, and vendors
Assisting with administration, leasing support, and database updates
Resolving resident questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in a customer facing role such as hospitality, retail, hotels, airlines, concierge or similar. Real estate highly regarded but not essential
A natural service mindset and friendly, professional communication style
Strong organisational and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
Comfort using systems and databases. CRM or booking systems a bonus, particularly property management software such as Yardi, but not essential – on the job training will be provided
Compliance & Licensing – Must have valid government issued ID, the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
Ability to assist with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practices
