JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create Equity & Financing Packages: Compile and analyze property-level and portfolio-wide financial data to develop compelling equity and financing packages. Summarize key investment highlights, market trends, and financial requirements to support capital raising and strategic decisions.
- Monitor Rent Strategy & Occupancy Performance: Analyze rent rolls, occupancy trends, and market comps to assess pricing effectiveness. Recommend rent adjustments, concessions, or leasing incentives to optimize revenue and maintain competitive positioning across multifamily assets.
- Lead Strategic Planning & Investment Analysis: Prepare and maintain a rolling 5-year strategic financial plan for the multifamily portfolio. Support underwriting for acquisitions, value-add opportunities, and large-scale investments. Oversee reporting for internal and external investment partners.
- Manage Budgets & Financial Operations: Prepare and review annual operating budgets, monthly financials, payroll entries, and vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy, flag variances, and support timely loan draw submissions and expense tracking for each property.
- Conduct Market Research & Due Diligence: Perform market surveys and competitive analysis to support acquisitions, repositioning strategies, and rent-setting decisions. Compile data into audit-ready reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Support Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Act as a financial liaison between corporate leadership and on-site property teams. Deliver clear, actionable financial reports and insights to support leasing, operations, and asset management initiatives.

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
