JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Tactically deliver on software and systems initiatives; aiding in the design requirements and determining objectives and deliverables; provide follow-up and results to evaluate system consistency and integrity to ensure needs are being met, enabling team members and the organization to achieve performance goals.
- Manage team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, training employees, and managing their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.
- Develop any relevant technical documentation, end-user training materials and support documents.
- Assist in identifying and developing on-demand programs as needed to enable end users, exploring new software options and trends to ensure deliverable is multifaceted and effective.
- Partner with internal customers related to specific organizational needs on a project-by-project basis and attends, consults, and contributes at meetings with both internal and external clients or other parties.
- Develop and distribute various program and project status and metric reports.
- May manage, maintain and monitor internal system or site usage (i.e. helpdesk requests for area of specialty), recommend enhancements to increase efficiencies and functionality.
- May ensure integration and seamless flow of information and functionality between multiple systems, websites, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members and clients via presentations, data files, and training classes.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software (Yardi, OneSite, and Entrata), and database management programs in order to complete required reports and communication materials.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.
- Must be proactive, self-directed, highly motivated, and possess skills in time management in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Demonstrated knowledge in varied learning techniques and styles as well as software tools and systems.
- Four year degree in a related field and/or combination or education and equivalent experience is preferred.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
