JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing the Short Stay revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
  • Manage room inventory and ensure optimal distribution across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and packages.
  • Prepare and present regular revenue reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all revenue management policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
