JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Transaction Analyst supports and assists with the execution of Owned and Fee Managed due diligence, acquisitions, and disposition processes and programs. The Transaction Analyst acts as the communications liaison between Greystar, seller, buyer, and incoming property management company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.    Facilitate/coordinate information flow through PTP in Sales Force throughout the acquisition/disposition processes – related explicitly to ownership requirements and documentation.
2.    Take ownership in the organization of information obtained throughout the acquisitions/dispositions/due diligence process.
3.    Initiate, coordinate, and lead transition meetings throughout the transition process with Real Estate Operation, Seller, and Buyer.
4.    Create and maintain transition dropbox where preliminary and final transition documents will be uploaded and stored.
5.    Analyze requested transition documents/reports to ensure accuracy and accountability for all stakeholders.
6.    Assist in completing the various acquisitions and disposition items as assigned or as necessary, e.g., Entrata Forms, Bluemoon, P-Card, Service Contract Tracker, etc.
7.    Develop familiarity with all relevant systems used in the transition process: PTP. Entrata, Yardi, etc.
8.    Work closely with the Information Technology department to manage the placement, storage and access administration of all information relating to acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence.
9.    Lead, organize, and assist as necessary in Due Diligence efforts. This includes recruiting DD assistance to complete lease file audits and unit walks, working with Leo 247 on the audit setup, and completing a high-level review of final DD reports.
10.    Identify areas of improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity throughout the transition and due diligence process.

Minimum 3 years of community manager experience required.

Excel experience required. Must be proficient.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000.

Additional Compensation:

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
