Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Engagement: Greet and build relationships with potential residents, effectively showcasing the unique features and benefits of our developments.
- Exceptional Welcome: Offer a warm and friendly welcome to on-site inquiries and potential residents, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Leasing: Engage in sales and leasing activities, including conducting viewings, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into residents.
- Guidance: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, answering inquiries, conducting property tours, and explaining lease terms.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates in data capture systems and contact details.
- Documentation Management: Handle required documentation, contract returns, and payment processing.
- Lease Renewals: Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews
- Resident Support: Conduct scheduled resident apartment visits, move-in and move-out inspections, and respond to online and email inquiries professionally.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the team, supporting other roles when needed
- Community Events: Collaborate with the team to organize and execute resident events, fostering a sense of belonging and community among our residents.
- Continuous Evolution: Embrace role evolution and change as our business grows and develops.
