Assistant Community Manager

Crumlin, Irlanda ;
As the Assistant Community Manager, your primary objectives will be to assist in overseeing the leasing, financial management, resident events, and front-of-house activities while supporting day-to-day property management. Collaborating closely with the Community Manager, you will strive to achieve revenue targets, occupancy priorities, resident retention, and leasing goals.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute leasing activities efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving budgeted revenue and occupancy priorities.
  • Foster resident retention through exceptional customer service and engagement.
  • Assist in achieving financial goals and budgetary objectives set for the portfolio.

About You

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • PSRA Licensed with a strong understanding of RTB processes (preferable).
  • Previous residential property experience is preferable, but a proven track record in hospitality or financial management with customer-facing experience could be considered.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Displays exceptional people skills with a customer service focus.
  • Approachable and supportive, with the ability to communicate effectively with people in multi-functional areas.
  • Has an excellent work ethic and close attention to detail.
